Terms and Conditions

Welcome to Hill Commercial Solutions LLC! By booking our commercial and janitorial cleaning services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully. These terms apply to all services provided by Hill Commercial Solutions LLC in the state of Georgia.

1. Services Provided

Hill Commercial Solutions LLC offers professional commercial and janitorial cleaning services for businesses, offices, retail spaces, medical facilities, industrial properties, and more. Our services include general cleaning, deep cleaning, floor care, window cleaning, restroom cleaning, trash removal, and other specialized cleaning tasks as requested. The scope of services will be outlined in your service agreement. Hill Commercial Solutions LLC is fully licensed and insured.

2. Booking & Scheduling

All cleaning appointments must be scheduled in advance. To confirm a booking, clients must provide necessary details, including the type of service required, the size of the facility, and the preferred time and date. Any changes to the scheduled appointment must be made at least 24 hours before the service. Failure to do so may result in rescheduling fees or cancellations.

 

3. Cancellations & Rescheduling

To cancel or reschedule a cleaning service, clients must provide at least 24 hours' notice. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled service will incur a cancellation fee of 50% of the service charge. In cases of no-show or failure to cancel within the required time frame, a full charge may apply.

4. Payments and Refunds

Payment is due upon completion of the service, unless otherwise agreed upon. We accept various forms of payment, including credit cards, debit cards, and electronic bank transfers. Clients will receive an invoice after the cleaning service is completed. Any additional services requested or changes to the scope of work will be reflected in the final invoice. We do not offer refunds under any circumstances.

 

5. Pricing

Pricing is based on the size of the property, the type of service required, the frequency of cleaning, and any special requests. A detailed quote will be provided before any cleaning service is performed. All fees are subject to change if there are changes to the scope of work. Additional fees may apply for emergency or after-hours services.

 

6. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing access to the premises at the scheduled time. Any sensitive, valuable, or fragile items should be secured before our team arrives. It is the client's responsibility to notify Hill Commercial Solutions LLC of any specific cleaning requirements, concerns, or areas requiring special attention. This includes informing us of any health hazards, allergens, or pet-related concerns.

 

7. Damages & Liability

Hill Commercial Solutions LLC takes every precaution to protect your property during our cleaning services. However, we are not responsible for damage to items that are fragile, unsecured, or not adequately protected. In the event of accidental damage caused by our team’s negligence, we will assess the situation and, where applicable, offer compensation for repair or replacement. Clients must report any damages within 24 hours of service for proper resolution.

8. Satisfaction Guarantee

We strive to deliver the highest standards of cleaning. If you are unsatisfied with any part of the cleaning service, please notify us within 24 hours, and we will return to resolve the issue at no additional charge.  This re-cleaning is available once and must be requested within the specified timeframe. Our goal is to ensure that your business is always clean and welcoming.

9. Confidentiality & Privacy

Hill Commercial Solutions LLC respects your privacy and confidentiality. We will never share, sell, or disclose your business information to third parties without your consent, except as required by law. All information provided to us, including access details and payment information, will be kept confidential and used solely for the purpose of providing our cleaning services.

 

10. Health & Safety Compliance

Hill Commercial Solutions LLC complies with all applicable health and safety regulations, including those specific to commercial and janitorial cleaning. We ensure that all cleaning agents used are approved for the tasks and are safe for the environment. If your property requires specific safety procedures or has particular regulatory needs, please inform us ahead of time so we can comply with your requirements.

11. Indemnification

By using our services, clients agree to indemnify and hold Hill Commercial Solutions LLC harmless from any liability, claims, or damages arising out of the use of our services, except in cases of negligence or misconduct by our team. This includes any claims for personal injury or property damage that may occur during the course of the cleaning service.

 

12. Insurance

Hill Commercial Solutions LLC is fully insured to provide commercial cleaning services. We maintain general liability and all other necessary insurance to protect both our employees and clients. A certificate of insurance can be provided upon request.

13. Changes to Terms

Hill Commercial Solutions LLC reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be communicated to clients in writing, and the updated version will be posted on our website. Continued use of our services following any changes will constitute acceptance of those changes.

14. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the state of Georgia. Any legal disputes arising out of or related to these terms will be resolved under Georgia law, and the venue for any legal action will be located in the appropriate court in the state of Georgia.

15. Exclusions: Items and Areas Not Covered by Our Cleaning Services

  • Hazardous Materials: We do not clean hazardous substances, including chemicals, mold, or biological contaminants.

  • Bugs and Insects: We do not provide pest control services or address issues related to bugs, insects, or infestations.

  • Biohazards: Blood, bodily fluids, and any other biohazardous waste are not part of our cleaning services.

  • Personal Valuables: We are not responsible for cleaning or handling personal valuables, including money, jewelry, and important documents.

  • Heavy Lifting: We do not move large furniture or equipment (unless previously arranged) to access hard-to-reach areas.

  • Exterior Windows: Cleaning of exterior windows above ground-level or requiring specialized equipment is excluded.

  • High or Dangerous Areas: We do not clean areas that require ladders, scaffolding, or other high-reaching equipment.

  • Pet Waste: We do not clean pet waste or any animal-related messes outside of general cleaning.

  • Unsecured Items: We are not liable for damage to unsecured or fragile items left out in the cleaning area.

  • Cleaning of Appliances: Unless specified in the service agreement, we do not clean the inside of refrigerators, ovens, or other appliances unless it is a part of the agreed service.

  • Carpet and Upholstery Stains: We do not guarantee removal of all stains from carpets, upholstery, or fabric surfaces.

  • Outdoor Areas: We do not provide cleaning services for exterior areas such as gardens, patios, or parking lots unless otherwise agreed.

16. Holidays and Inclement Weather

Hill Commercial Solutions LLC does not operate on major holidays, including but not limited to New Year's Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas, and other recognized public holidays. If your scheduled cleaning falls on one of these days, we will work with you to reschedule the service. In the event of inclement weather, such as snowstorms, hurricanes, or extreme weather conditions, we do not provide cleaning services for safety reasons. If your appointment falls on a day affected by severe weather, we will notify you and arrange to reschedule the service.

17. Use of Materials
Hill Commercial Solutions LLC uses high-quality, professional cleaning products and equipment to ensure the best results for your space. We provide all necessary cleaning materials, including cleaners, disinfectants, and tools, unless otherwise agreed upon in advance. If you prefer us to use specific products, you must notify us before the service, and we will accommodate your request where possible.

18. Rate Increase

Hill Commercial Solutions LLC reserves the right to adjust service rates periodically due to factors such as inflation, changes in operating costs, or increases in product and equipment expenses. We will provide at least 30 days’ notice prior to any rate increase. Clients will receive an updated quote before the new rates take effect, and any rate changes will be reflected in the next billing cycle or service agreement. We are committed to maintaining transparency and ensuring that you are informed of any adjustments to our pricing.

19. Suspension or Termination of Services

Hill Commercial Solutions LLC reserves the right to suspend or terminate services if there is non-payment, repeated cancellations without prior notice, or failure to comply with the terms of the service agreement. Additionally, if any unsafe conditions are identified on the property, such as hazardous materials, or if the premises become inaccessible or are not prepared for cleaning, services may be suspended until the issue is resolved.

If a client wishes to discontinue services, they must provide written notice 30 days in advance. Clients cannot terminate the service agreement due to performance or cleaning issues without first notifying Hill Commercial Solutions LLC within 24 hours and allow a 30 day cure period to resolve and correct any issues/concerns. Clients will be notified promptly in the event of service suspension or termination, and efforts will be made to resolve any issues to resume service.
